Practical, well-governed AI implementation for a sector where the administrative load is high, the margins are tight, and most available AI advice is written for much larger companies.
LetMoe (pronounced "let Moe") was founded in Manchester in 2026 by Mohamed Elashaheb. Independent letting agents run on careful, repetitive administration: enquiry replies, viewing confirmations, arrears chasing, compliance reminders, landlord updates. Modern AI handles that work well, but only when it is wired into the tools an office already uses, kept under human approval, and maintained by someone who answers the phone afterwards. That is the service.
Every engagement is delivered personally by the founder, from the initial audit through to ongoing support. Clients deal with a single point of accountability, with no handovers between sales, delivery and support, and no work subcontracted. Each system is built inside the client's own accounts, fully documented, and designed so that a human at the agency retains approval over every message it produces.
LetMoe works primarily across Greater Manchester so that audits and training can be delivered in person. The systems themselves run remotely, so engagements further afield are possible by arrangement.
How an engagement is run
Eight commitments, all checkable, all in writing at the point of engagement.
- Scope and price are agreed in writing before any invoice is raised.
- The audit needs no access to your systems; any later access is the minimum required and is agreed in writing.
- Builds are paid half to begin and half on handover. Nothing is paid in full before it exists.
- Every account, password and subscription is in your name. LetMoe holds no keys to your business.
- Every workflow produces drafts for human approval. Automatic sending is never the default.
- Every system is documented on handover so that any competent person could take it over.
- Audit sample material is deleted thirty days after the roadmap is delivered unless a build follows.
- The Care Plan is monthly and can be cancelled with thirty days' notice. There is no lock-in.

Nothing is built on infrastructure you do not control. If LetMoe disappeared tomorrow, everything would keep running and any competent person could maintain it.
