Pricing and terms
Fixed prices, agreed in writing before any work starts. No VAT is charged. You keep and pay for your own software accounts throughout.

Software subscriptions (your property software, email, and any automation platform used) remain in your name and are paid by you. LetMoe never holds your accounts, your data, or your access.

Most audits are a conversation and an invoice. This one produces a thirteen page written roadmap: your five biggest time drains, the arithmetic behind each, the automated workflow step by step, what stays with your team, the data each workflow touches, a build timeline, and fixed prices. Founding client terms
LetMoe launched in September 2026. To establish a documented track record, the first five agencies to proceed from an audit to a build receive founding terms: the £399 audit fee is credited in full against the build, and the first three months of the Care Plan are provided at the lowest rate.
In return, each founding client agrees to a short written case study once the system is in use, subject to their approval before publication. Founding terms are available to five agencies only and are confirmed in writing at the point of engagement.

Why fixed prices rather than a day rate?
Because you should know what a piece of work costs before you agree to it. The audit exists partly to make that possible: every build is scoped and priced in the roadmap, in writing, before anything starts.
What happens if the scope changes during a build?
Small adjustments are absorbed. Anything that materially changes the scope is priced as a written change before work continues, and you decide whether to proceed.
What software costs should we expect?
Most agencies already pay for the core tools. Where an automation platform is needed, entry tiers are typically a modest monthly cost and are set out in the roadmap before you decide. They are billed to you directly, never through LetMoe.
How does the audit refund work in practice?
If the roadmap identifies under five hours a week of savings from your stated volumes, you tell me and the £399 is returned within fourteen days. You keep the roadmap either way.
Is VAT charged?
No. LetMoe is not VAT registered, so the prices shown are the prices paid.
